Perl 6 on Parrot (Rakudo) progress report

Here's another update on the progress of Perl 6 and Parrot for anyone following the development. This time it covers some interesting new developments to play with like a tool that makes it possible to build an executable "perl6" binary, and clearer documentation on the Parrot compiler.
